Our sales manager will reach out to you to review your experience. The after sales service is horrible to non existent. Shea is leaving Trilogy and abandoning we who recently purchased. Just a little slow to follow up with little things to be corrected. Shea Homes-Trilogy - From signing contract to closing the home took 13 months to complete.

From signing contract to closing the home took 13 months to complete. Issue found during construction and walk through was not fixed prior to move in. Dry wall issues are being delayed repairs for one year. Irrigation system is tied into other houses and over watering of lawn has occurred for two months.

He sent us pictures when we couldn’t come in and brought us in when possible. The experience in selecting amenities was pleasant and sufficient time was allowed for us to consider our selections and to make changes as we desired. The walkthrough was complete and any observed deficiencies were taken care of in short order. Anything missed at that time was corrected at the one month review.

The plantings along the walking path behind our home are dead/dying and the area just full of weeds. Sure, we noticed a few things that were not perfect but Dawn and the Warranty team are making sure that all issues are being resolved. Thanks Shea for building our Forever Home in this wonderful community of Ocala Preserve. The build process was frustrating as the Builder was so afraid of saying something that could be interpreted as a commitment they they instead opted to just not communicate at all.

Being that this is a Shea home, I knew they were not going to skimp on the details or cut corners.
We really appreciated his responsiveness and patience as he has been very busy with so many houses closing at the same time. We were also very impressed by the technical competence of the window installation team. They were able to quickly identify the problem and fix it in a few minutes.
